Euro Show 2009 Dublin!!!

Hello Ireland!
Bye bye Troon!

Troon ferry terminal.

Another weekend away on our travels heading for Dublin Euro Show 2009!
This was our first European show so i had mixed feelings about going. There seemed to be a different kind of atmosphere there, what with all the overseas exhibitors. There was no 'aye aye fit like the day?' But the chatterings of many different foreign languages. However our Irish friends made us very welcome.
We stayed near Ballymoney up in the North, so this was a great opportunity to see Ireland as we travelled south to Dublin. Its a magnificent country with breathtaking scenery.

Awh best buddies!

Gigha Logie and Arran.

SKC May 2009

Well Logie did it again at SKC, Ingliston. Even though it had been pouring rain and gale force winds it didn't knock him off his stride. He was crowned Best Import puppy and Res Best Dog. I guess you could say Best Male Eurasier as he was beaten by a Logotto (gundog breed) for Best Male.

Funny Photos!

No i haven't been stung by a bee! Just finished yawning! Heehee
Can you see me!

May 09

Home Sweet Home!

Yes the boys are fair at home lying on the lawn after a nice long walk! They wish! This is a view from the other side of Cullen House. The smaller buildings to the right of the big house used to be the Kitchen and Pantry. It has all since been converted into appartments and privately owned. It would have been some house in its day and employed quite a lot of people from the area.

On wur usual jaunt!

A view of the West tower from Charlies Bridge at Cullen house.
It was lovely to see the grounds full of Bluebells.

We came across this unusual tree. Have you ever seen a branch shaped like this?

On wur usual jaunt!

A view of the Bin Hill where the are some lovely walks. Also in view is Home Farm.
A glimpse of Old Cullen house which was once home to the Earl of Seafield. Now he stays next door in a slightly smaller abode.

This is a shot of the "Claypots bridge" which lies just inside the grounds of Seafield estate. We used to play here a lot as kids. Its one of my favourite spots and the dogs love it too.
